Well now, I haven't been posting much lately. Partly because I've been out of the country and also because my computer is a little wrecked. However the problem seems to have fixed itself because just that day my computer worked perfectly.
No developments on Runescape since I haven't been logging in, but this Sunday I have a Chaos Elemental event with the clan. I've never done those before so I'm looking forward to it.

Mindless Droning
The past week on Runescape has been rather uneventful. I was either doing slayer tasks or fishing (while watching videos on YouTube). I suppose you could blame this on my heightened activity on other games, for example last night when I played The Sims from 10pm straight up to 3am.
Apart from the mindless (half-assed) skilling, I was fortunate enough to join Tim, Tiz, ex clan-mate Air, and Air's friend Gerald on a Bandos Godwars trip.

Graardor you def nub! (Get the reference, Tiz? )
We also got a Bandos Tasset drop, however because most of us ran straight to attack the Sargeants, only Air got the drop. If I stayed it would be the best drop ever, since the Bandos Chestplate we got somewhere in April on my first ever Godwars trip. Oh well, no worries, this has been one of the best Godwars trips I've been on.

8.8mil! :O

Stealing Creation
So the new minigame came out while I was away from home. Stealing Creation. My first impression of it (after reading about it in the updates), I thought it would be one of those simulation God games (like SimCity, or Stronghold). Maybe I just didn't read into the post too much? Anyway my favourite games are God games so I was pretty happy.
A day after hearing about its release I went to try it out. It's simple, quite alright I guess, just like most other minigames on Runescape. Sadly already some people have said they were sick of it, a mere few days after it's release.
While I was playing I thought, not bad, but I wouldn't be one to spend hours playing it. So far the most I've played is 2 games in a row. Overall I think it's a pretty average game. Those who do well in it will like it more, as for me I've only ever won twice, so.. eh.

Collecting clay from a pool.

WHAT?! REALLY?!
I don't seem to enjoy minigames very much. The only one I always enjoy going to is Pest Control, which is wierd since I'm surrounded by people who can't stand the game. Come to think of it, I'm never really ecstatic about any update (well.. except the Wilderness one). There's always a strong disappointment, I feel.
Anyway, on other news, I recently maxed out my leet skillz on another game!

It's Renaissance Kingdoms. Also today is my 3rd year anniversary on that game.
And again on other news I managed to get my hands on a John Frusciante album last Tuesday, just about a month after getting the first one. For those of you who don't know why this is mentionable, it's because his stuff is VERY rare anywhere, especially a small country like Singapore. Yeah.. What a beauty.

PvP and Halloween
I'm probably the only person who still hasn't talked about PvP yet. To summarize, I'm very glad Jagex decided to bring PvP back in a larger scale (compared to BH and Clan Wars).
They say a picture is worth a thousand words so get ready to read the billions I'm going to type for you.

Took this on Blessings' first trip to the wilderness since 10 December 2007.

The Halloween updates were great - especially in HD.

Tiz and I going Trick-or-Treating.

Tim, Tiz and I having fun at Rimmington.

Behold, the many faces of my Halloween costumes! Spot the fake.

This got me 108 P2P combat.

Finally!

And a random picture from Tears of Guthix, with Tiz.
As you may have realised, all these pictures are taken in HD. I realised that my computer didn't lag when I played HD on the small screen. For the Halloween event and quest however, I played on HD full screen and it lagged like a b*tch mother.
On other news, I recently got 400 slayer points and I'm planning on learning how to craft Slayer Helmets. However I still need 55 crafting and a black mask, so perhaps it may be a while before I get one.

Master Chef Tiz
I'm a little late on this post, but the other day my good friend Tiz got his first ever 99. I think he had fun getting it so that's excellent. He wanted to get 99 with Evo, a clan mate, unfortunately a random would mean they eventually got it a couple of seconds apart.

Assembling on the Karamja volcano.

Back at the Cooking Guild.
So grats Tiz and Evo once again! Doesn't it feel free now that you've finally gotten the 99 out of the way?
On a completely unrelated note, I'm currently gunning for 70 ranged (for the lovely black d'hide).

It's actually 67 now but I didn't get a shot of that.
I would've made more progress if only I didn't spend 3 days getting 54 fletching after insisting to myself that I should make my own bolts. Eventually Dg recommended me to use iron knives and now I buy them off the GE at 37 gp each. Hurts every time.

The Legends' Quest, Complete!
For the past 2 days I've been preoccupied with the Legends' Quest on Runescape. As expected, half my time was wasted walking back to the bank whenever I forgot something and the other half was spent constantly checking the quest guide to make sure that I brought everything.

Me killing the demon underneath Kharazi forest.

Me killing the demon again.

After that I went to work on my treasure trail, which was the reason why I started Legends' in the first place. It was a bit scary because I never expected mages to jump at me (I guess I had a level 3 scroll).

The co-ordinates led me right to the Demonic Ruins. How convenient.

I'm pleased with this reward. So far this is the best one I've gotten from a treasure trail.
Also, before I got to the first chest (with the white wizard), I came unprepared for an attack and, thinking I could take him on naked, I held on till I was at 12 hp. I was very near the bank (after tele-ing to the Ectofunctus) when the poison kicked in and boom! I was down to 6 hp. My hand was shaking so much. One more round of poison damage and I would be dead. I had my clue, my whip and my strength cape and hood to worry about. Then, BOOM another round of poison damage. I was a goner.
Or not. Luckily the second one only caused 5 damage, so I made it to the bank and stuffed tuna down my throat and washed it down with a nice dose of anti-poison.
I was lucky then. The last time I shook like that was when I first went pking. Oh well, tomorrow, I'm off to the jellies for more clues!

Today a Mortal, Tomorrow a Legend
Excellent. Since my last post I've gotten every skill and completed every prerequisite quest needed for Legend's.

Last week's goal.

Talking to Rashiliyia during Shilo Village.

Burning Iban's tomb with some dwarf rum during Underground Pass. Pretty fun quest, albeit a tad annoying.
And finally,

Hurrah! I expected it to take a longer time though, seeing how I decided to grow my own herbs to raise herblore. But sometime during the week I gave in and purchased 100 tarromin herbs for strength potions. That really sped up things, and tomorrow I will begin the Legend's Quest.
